Both interior and exterior will be executed by maintaining the formal principle of the existing spans and will be reused whenever its use is considered an added value for the whole, without implying a loss in the use and thermal capacities and Acoustic spaces.
Carpentry
Carpentry is a fundamental element in the preservation of the formal and aesthetic principles of the building. Thus there will be an effort to reuse the largest number of possible elements, without implying a loss in its use and durability. When the restore does not reveal itself possible replicas will be executed from the existing.
Floor
Pine Wood.
Stairs
The existing ladders will be restored. A new capping will be placed (mirror and blanket), and all elements are kept in good condition, namely the handrail.
Ceilings
The ceilings will be executed in PLADUR-like plaster, with acoustic insulation in rock wool through the interior.
In the sanitary facilities the ceilings will be in Hydrofuge plasterboard.
